Protecting Your Account
For You – Protecting Your Account
It is important to understand the seriousness of protecting your Frontier NetTeller Identification Number (ID) and Frontier NetTeller Personal Identification Number (PIN) to avoid any unauthorized access to your account information. Frontier Bank currently uses some of the most sophisticated technologies to provide you with a safe and secure environment, but Internet security is a cooperative effort and we need your assistance. It is important that you follow these security guidelines to further protect your account when you bank online:
- Memorize you PIN – never write it down or give it to anyone for any reason.
- Change your PIN regularly. This can be easily done during your Online Banking sessions.
- Avoid changing your PIN to obvious personal information. Create a PIN that is unique to you.
- Make sure you logoff from Frontier NetTeller when you are finished. (Note that this will end your online banking session without interruption to your Internet connection.)
- Report known incidents of unauthorized account access immediately.
Follow the rules and guidelines provided in the Frontier Bank Online Banking Agreement and the Frontier Bank Web Site Agreement. Thank you for your cooperation.
