Browser Requirements
Frontier Bank is pleased to present its web site for all of our current and future customers to enjoy. The Internet is viewed through web browsers. The most widely used browsers are Internet Explorer 6.0 and Netscape 6.2. Both of these browsers will let you fully enjoy and appreciate our site. Either browser can be downloaded by clicking on the text links above or by visiting http://www.download.com and searching for Browsers. All of these installs are several megabytes. If you have a dial up connection to the internet then we recommend you start your download before going to bed and it will be ready for you in the morning.

The internet adds new features and functionality every day. The only way to get the most out of your browsing experience is to have the latest version of your favorite browser. Some features like Internet Banking require the latest browser version because of the increased security features. If you don’t have the more recent versions then you will not have access to these features as a precaution to protect your personal information.

Notice Regarding the Use of Online Planning Tools
Frontier Bank makes planning tools, such as mortgage and savings calculators available. Information that you enter into one of these planning tools or calculators may be stored for your future access and use. We will let you know when we plan to store information, and we will give you the option not to have this information saved.

Termination
We may terminate your use of the Site and any of the Services at any time without cause. The terms of this agreement will continue to apply following its termination to any obligations incurred or arising prior to its termination.

Amendments. We may add to, delete from, or change the terms of this Agreement by posting a revised Agreement at the Site or by sending you a written or electronic notice. Your continued use of the Site or Services after such notice will be evidence of your agreement to the changes. As such, you should visit this page periodically.

Georgia Law. The validity, interpretation and legal effect of this Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without reference to its conflict of law provisions.
